Assist in planning and scheduling preventive and corrective maintenance for all factory machinery, utilities, and production lines.
Support the execution of maintenance tasks by coordinating with technicians and reporting progress to supervisors.
Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment faults under the guidance of senior engineers, and implement basic corrective actions.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, machine histories, and spare parts usage.
Coordinate with production teams to ensure maintenance work aligns with production schedules and operational needs.
Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and environmental regulations during maintenance activities.
Monitor the availability of spare parts and consumables; assist in inventory management and raising requisitions as needed.
Support the procurement team by liaising with vendors for spare parts quotations and basic service requirements.
Continuously develop technical skills through on-the-job learning and training programs.
