Minimize machine downtime and maintain optimal operating condition of all machinery and equipment.

Execute preventive and scheduled maintenance for major and critical equipment.

Monitor, control, and report the inventory of mechanical spare parts and items.

Coordinate regular maintenance tasks and maintain all related records and documentation.

Comply with general safety, food safety, and environmental safety standards at all times.

Demonstrate strong knowledge of rotary equipment such as pumps, mechanical seals, compressors, heat exchangers, chillers, cooling towers, steam and high-pressure boilers, RO-based water treatment plants, and carton-making machinery.

Supervise and coordinate a small team of in-house maintenance contractors.

Operate lathe machines and other workshop equipment proficiently.

Carry out fabrication work for mechanical equipment, pipelines, tanks, and vessels.

Manage process line modifications, as well as installation, erection, and commissioning activities.

Understand and execute project work with a strong focus on implementation.

Ensure assigned projects progress in accordance with defined standards.

Complete projects within the specified timelines and budget constraints.

Evaluate and define project requirements.
