Lead and manage all maintenance activities for mechanical, electrical, and utility systems.
Provide strategic direction for maintenance operations across all plant systems, including power, air, water, and HVAC.
Ensure 24/7 production support by deploying appropriate maintenance resources.
Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
Troubleshoot machinery breakdowns, lead root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
Mentor and train the maintenance team to enhance technical skills and performance.
Monitor and improve maintenance KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, OEE).
Coordinate with production and procurement teams for technical support and spare parts management.
Enforce strict compliance with safety, environmental, and operational regulations.
