Job Responsibilities:
Maintain daily accounts.
Maintain daily cash Book, Bank Book & Reconcile cash Book, bank Book customer Ledger in daily basis.
Expert in using and maintain all of accounting Entries in Quick book software.
Weekly or monthly Savar Office visit.
Maintain Voucher Entry & weekly basis Bank Reconciliation Statement preparation
Capital Investment: Evaluating and recommending capital investments and projects based on financial analysis.
To initiate projects and apartment costing and guide management to set a competitive price.
Team Management.
Supervision: Leading and managing a team of finance and accounting professionals, including setting goals and performance evaluations.
Training: Providing training and professional development opportunities for the finance and accounting team.
Prepare of salary sheet/ payroll.
Prepare of Financial Statement monthly basis.
Risk Management: Identifying financial risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them.
Yearly account closing and preparing final statement for Audit.
Responsible for Vat and Tax Related Task.
Any other task assigned by management.
