Responsibilities & Context

The Factory Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of manufacturing operations within the factory. This role involves ensuring that production processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely while meeting quality standards and production targets. The Manager will lead a team of production staff, coordinate with various departments, and implement strategies to improve productivity and cost-effectiveness.

* Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure the smooth operation of the factory;

* Ensure all factory operations comply with relevant regulations, including safety, environmental, and labor laws;

* Manage internal communication and ensure timely dissemination of information between departments;

* Ensure the factory facilities are well-maintained, clean, and organized;

* Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and upgrades for office and factory infrastructure

* Provide training to staff on administrative procedures, compliance
