Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience for the Assistant Manager role and 10 years for the Manager position in plastic manufacturing or related industries, including at least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing production and maintenance.
In-depth knowledge of Injection and Blow Molding machine operations, along with robotic automation systems.
Practical experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery.
Strong understanding of plastic manufacturing processes such as injection molding, blow molding, and extrusion.
Good grasp of factory utilities, automation technologies, and maintenance scheduling.
Skilled in preparing reports, planning operations, and leading teams effectively.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Capable of working efficiently under pressure while handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage daily production and maintenance activities for Injection Molding and Blow Molding machines equipped with robotic systems.
Ensure production goals are achieved efficiently, maintaining high quality with minimal downtime.
Develop, coordinate, and execute production schedules aligned with customer demands.
Plan and conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to guarantee optimal operation of all machinery and equipment.
Monitor and uphold quality standards while driving ongoing process improvements.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues involving molding machines, robotics, and utility systems.
Keep detailed logs of machine performance and prepare production reports.
Provide training and supervision to technical staff to maintain operational excellence.
Collaborate closely with Quality Control, Store, and Planning teams to ensure seamless workflows.
Lead production teams to meet productivity and safety objectives.
Promote a culture of safety, regulatory compliance, and continuous enhancement on the production floor.
Ensure adherence to health and environmental regulations.
Report production metrics, challenges, and key performance indicators to senior management.
