Develop and manage AI, analytics, dashboard, and automation solutions to improve distribution operations and support effective decision-making.
Monitor and analyze depot performance, delivery productivity, stock movement, return trends, inventory status, and operational costs through automated reporting systems.
Build predictive and exception-based analytical tools for demand forecasting, stock optimization, expiry risk monitoring, and operational risk identification.
Integrate ERP, CRM, depot, inventory, sales, and manpower data to generate business insights and support strategic planning.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, prepare technical documentation, train users, and support the continuous improvement of digital distribution systems and processes.
