Solid knowledge of project and process management methodologies.
Strong command of both English and Bangla, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Verification & Process Oversight
Supervise the verification of all Retail Asset and Liability products, ensuring accuracy, data integrity, and compliance with internal policies.
Ensure timely completion of verification processes to meet turnaround time (TAT) targets and enable prompt disbursements and account activations.
Develop, implement, and revise departmental procedures and policies in line with organizational and regulatory standards.
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure full compliance with internal controls and external regulatory guidelines in all verification-related activities.
Detect potential risks or process inefficiencies and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies aligned with the bank’s risk framework.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Promote effective coordination among the Central Verification Unit (CVU), Retail Loan & Card Underwriting teams, and other relevant departments.
Maintain clear and proactive communication with branch managers, sales leaders, and direct sales teams to ensure smooth workflow and issue resolution.
Support for Recovery & Collections
Collaborate with the collections team by supplying accurate and timely information to support recovery initiatives.
Help minimize delinquency by identifying and escalating irregular or high-risk cases early in the process.
Service & Operational Excellence
Encourage a customer-centric approach within the team to ensure excellent service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor and manage team performance to consistently meet or exceed operational targets and service standards.
Administrative & Additional Responsibilities
Carry out other assignments or special projects as directed by Management in alignment with departmental and corporate goals.
