Documentation Expertise: Skilled in preparing tenders, submitting e-tenders, writing business proposals, and creating compelling business decks.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) operations and frameworks.
Conduct sector-specific analyses to identify service gaps and drive new business development aligned with revenue goals.
Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
Focus on the Government and Telecom sectors, and when assigned, target BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) and Enterprise sectors. Offer comprehensive IT solutions including:
Turnkey IT infrastructure (hardware and software)
Information security solutions
ERP, CRM, BI, DMS, and office automation systems
Data centers, disaster recovery solutions, data warehouses
Networking and network monitoring systems (NMS)
Develop and implement a business development strategy to meet performance targets across market penetration, service expansion, and product development.
Identify and build strategic business relationships that align with organizational goals and growth plans.
Create stakeholder maps for partners, clients (existing and prospective), and other key influencers.
Design and execute a robust client engagement strategy.
Generate and nurture leads in the government sector and other segments as designated by the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).
Lead negotiations with both OEMs and customers, ensuring competitive pricing and effective solution delivery.
Evaluate market opportunities and collaborate with team members to create actionable plans—driven by quality sales visits, product positioning, and strong customer focus.
Collaborate with the vertical head to build and manage a sector-specific strategy.
Work closely with clients and partners to qualify opportunities, prepare winning proposals, and close sales deals.
Track project progress and ensure timely delivery.
Prepare and execute a weekly customer visit plan and provide follow-up reports.
Submit weekly progress updates to the CMO, detailing key developments and activities.
