Responsibilities & Context

  • Must be updated on latest import –export policy, Customs Bond rules & regulations and international Trade.
  • Manage all commercial activities including L/C Opening, Export document submission, export bills collection, proceed realization.
  • Check and verify import documents, endorse from Bank and timely handover to C&F agent.
  • Manage HS Code classification for new raw materials, including necessary additions and deduction;
  • Follow up export document, Bank maturity, payment and realization .Closely follow up all commercial process execute in timely and cost effectively.
  • Update and monitor outstanding liability positions.
  • Maintain detailed report/statement of import Payment schedule ( EDF, Sight, Deferred, Back to Bank) and make payment on time to the respective supplier and keep record.
  • Prepare Weekly, Monthly, quarterly and annual report on commercial activities.
  • The incumbent will have to work independently and ensure smooth implementation of all the export-import related jobs independently.
