Education


  • Masters, Master of Business Administration (MBA), MBA in HRM or a Master’s degree from a reputed University. Preference will be given to candidates with a PGDPM or PGDHRM

  • 5 Year

  • Abel to work under reputed Buyer: H&M, PUMA, C&A, Bestseller, George, Ralph Lauren, VF Asia, Next, New Times, Inditex, GAP etc. Must have H&M PD, Puma Enablon validation completion experience, and Computer knowledge.
  • Good communication skills in English (Verbal & Writing)

Responsibilities & Context

  • Assist in leading and coordinating all types of buyer and third-party social compliance audits, ensuring the factory is properly organized and prepared.
  • Experienced in compliance requirements for BWB, SLCP, H&M PD, Puma Enablon, SMETA/ETI, FLA, BSCI & EU, SCS/C-TPAT/GSV, as well as UK and USA buyers.
  • Possess thorough knowledge of BLL-2006, BLR-2015, BNBC-2020, NFPA, and standards set by ACCORD/RSC, Alliance, and Nirapon.
  • Conduct regular internal audits and share reports with relevant factory personnel.
  • Independently prepare third-party or buyer audit CAP (Corrective Action Plan) reports and follow up on audits daily.
  • Maintain and update policies and procedures for the Compliance Program, overseeing daily operations.
  • Monitor regulatory activities to stay informed of compliance status and trends.
  • Collaborate with business and regional support lawyers to identify potential compliance risks and develop corrective action plans to address issues.
  • Develop an effective compliance training program, including introductory training for new employees and ongoing training for all employees and managers.
  • Organize various training sessions to meet compliance requirements.
  • Provide regular reports to the Line Manager and fulfill official requirements as needed.
