Responsibilities & Context

  • Certify all new credit customers by verifying their creditworthiness and maintaining comprehensive credit supply records.
  • Conduct on-site inspections of credit customers' establishments, and verify references and bank records for credit applications as needed.
  • Oversee the process of issuing balance confirmation letters and compile feedback reports on balance confirmations.
  • Calculate interest on security deposits and apply appropriate accounting treatment.
  • Prepare monthly reports on customer aging, debtor movement, and customer status.
  • Perform reconciliation of trade debtor accounts.
  • Coordinate with senior business leaders to mitigate credit risks.
  • Generate customized credit reports to facilitate quicker collections.
  • Oversee the full process of advice and adjustment.
  • Conduct periodic field visits as assigned by the supervisor and prepare detailed reports to reduce inconsistencies.
