  • IE background will get preference.
  • Working experience in sewing production with large garments industry (Jacket, knit, woven).
  • The applicant should have at least 1 year experience in the same position.
  • Positive work ethic and result-oriented for assigned responsibilities.
  • Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
  • Ability to lead the team and appraise & motivate the team members.
  • Ability to achieve the target within a short lead time.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Production Efficiency & Line Management:
  • Ensure optimal line layout by eliminating excess manpower.
  • Maintain proper line balancing daily within a short time.
  • Monitor hourly production to meet targets and prevent zero-production hours.
  • Focus on reducing overtime (OT) hours and minimizing alteration percentages.
  • Planning & Execution:
  • Ensure production planning adherence, meeting targets while maintaining quality and efficiency.
  • Oversee the entire order process from cutting to shipment and ensure timely order closure.
  • Prepare and submit order closing reports at the end of production.
  • Pre-Production & Communication:
  • Organize and lead pre-production meetings to address potential issues.
  • Communicate effectively with relevant departments for smooth workflow and problem resolution.
  • Workplace Management & Compliance:
  • Maintain floor administration daily to create a positive working environment.
  • Ensure safety, quality, and compliance in the workplace.
  • Provide regular counseling to workers to reduce absenteeism rates.
