Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager (ASM/DSM) in Sales and Marketing to support the promotion and sale of TMSS LPG products while creating a competitive edge for the company.

  • Plan, organize, and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Analyze market demand and ensure product availability and visibility through optimized sales and distribution channels.
  • Manage and develop the sales team, enhancing their capabilities and performance.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive business objectives.
  • Maintain and elevate customer service standards.
  • Focus on sustainable business practices, emphasizing quality and long-term success.
  • Analyze the competitive landscape and identify business opportunities for growth.
  • Manage customer portfolios and ensure their ongoing engagement with the brand.
  • Monitor and report on competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
  • Develop sales and marketing strategies that align with and achieve sales targets.
  • Drive growth initiatives through marketing and sales strategies to ensure financial gains for the company.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential risks, developing contingency plans as needed.
