Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Manager (Estimator) to manage cost estimation for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills and experience in construction estimation, BOQ preparation, cost analysis, and material quantity calculations.
Key Responsibilities:
Cost Estimation: Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and rate analyses for construction projects.
Material & Quantity Takeoff: Calculate material requirements and quantities based on architectural and structural drawings.
Budgeting & Cost Control: Assist in developing project budgets and monitor cost variations.
Tender & Quotation Analysis: Evaluate contractor and supplier quotations to ensure competitiveness.
Team Coordination: Collaborate with architects, engineers, procurement, and site management teams to finalize cost estimates.
Value Engineering: Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or project standards.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive cost estimation records and provide regular updates to management.
