Responsibilities & Context

  • Multiple project execution capacity.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating events, ensuring all logistical details are managed effectively.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Managing event documentation & internal cost.
  • Assist in budget tracking and expense management for events.
  • Support client communication and maintain relationships to understand their event goals and expectations.
  • Assist in developing event marketing strategies.
  • Provide timely updates and reports on event progress to clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze event performance metrics to optimize future event strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors to achieve favorable terms and pricing.
  • Ensure events are executed smoothly and within budget, maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, PR, and creative departments, to align event objectives with overall brand strategies.
  • Support the training and development of junior team members and interns.
