Job Description:
Provide strategic guidance to the Accounts team in financial management, including financial planning, budgeting, and cost control, to ensure optimal service delivery with minimal cost impact.
Monitor and ensure full compliance with the company’s accounting procedures, financial reporting standards, and relevant internal policies.
Lead, supervise, and manage finance associates to ensure timely and accurate execution of all accounting activities.
Prepare and present comprehensive financial statements, including cash flow statements, financial reports, monthly/quarterly/annual balance sheets, financial analysis, and annual budgets; support management in cost control and financial decision-making.
Review monthly bank reconciliation statements, cash budgets, disbursements, and oversee overall financial operations of the company.
Support management with profitability analysis, product pricing, project costing, budgeting, MIS, and related financial evaluations.
Examine and analyze bills, invoices, vouchers, accounts receivable and payable, general accounting functions, and monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Conduct cost–benefit analyses for new projects and the renewal of services, leases, and annual contracts to support management decision-making.
Ensure proper, accurate, and timely maintenance of bills, vouchers, deeds, documents, ledgers, and records through an effective record-keeping system.
Supervise and maintain the company’s fixed assets and oversee inventory management systems.
Coordinate and manage matters related to internal and external audits, financial institutions, tax and VAT authorities, company secretarial functions, and overall accounting management.
Perform any other lawful duties and responsibilities as assigned by management from time to time.
