Educational Qualifications:
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management.
  • Master of Commerce (MCom) in Human Resource Management.
  • Master of Business Studies (MBS) in Human Resource Management.
Preferred Experience:
  • Candidates with experience in the healthcare industry will be given preference.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Plan and manage the hospital's HR functions.
  • Recruit and select both clinical and non-clinical staff.
  • Prepare job descriptions (JD) and specifications for various positions.
  • Organize training programs for clinical and non-clinical staff.
  • Prepare recruitment advertisements.
  • Develop and manage staff rosters for the hospital.
  • Counsel staff on their career development and growth.
  • Design and implement strategies for staff retention.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and prepare necessary documentation for the hospital.
  • Communicate with the Labor Inspector and ensure compliance with Labor Laws and Rules.
  • Develop documents in line with Labor Law and Regulations.
  • Coordinate with ophthalmic institutions to source Ophthalmologists, Ophthalmic paramedics, etc.
  • Post job openings on BD job boards and other platforms.
  • Prepare reports justifying recruitment needs.
  • Develop strategies as HR Business Partner (HRBP).
  • Monitor and manage staff attendance.
  • Create and manage fellowship and training programs for Ophthalmology.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
