We are looking for a proactive and organized Executive – HR & Administration to manage human resources, administrative operations, employee relations, and facility management while ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the hospital.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies, procedures, and employee relations programs to support organizational goals.
- Develop and execute HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and other HR functions.
- Handle employee discipline, grievances, motivation, welfare, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and labor regulations.
- Schedule, coordinate, and monitor employee attendance, duty rosters, leave records, and workforce planning.
- Oversee daily hospital maintenance activities and coordinate timely corrective actions to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Supervise and compile operational and statistical reports for Consultancy, Operations, Investigations, Pharmacy, Optics, and other departments, and submit reports to management as required.
- Provide administrative support for the day-to-day operations of the hospital and ensure efficient office management.
- Monitor hospital security, safety, housekeeping, and facility management to maintain a safe, secure, and well-organized working environment.
- Coordinate effectively with the Head Office, central management, and other branch offices to ensure smooth communication and operational consistency.
- Maintain accurate HR and administrative records, documentation, and reports.
- Support organizational events, meetings, training programs, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Perform any other HR, administrative, or operational responsibilities assigned by management.
