We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Assistant Manager (IE Department) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance IE planning and boost production efficiency.
Manage the Industrial Engineering (IE) process in a knit garment factory, reviewing production plans to align with capacity and workforce, ensuring timely shipment targets.
Achieve production targets for each line as per the production plan.
Ensure line balancing as per layout, conducting time and motion studies for all styles.
Develop and maintain a Standard Minute Value (SMV) database for all styles, ensuring optimal use of manpower and machinery, and implement modern tools and techniques to enhance operational productivity.
Prepare weekly NPT (Non-Productive Time) reports and implement measures for NPT reduction.
Review operators’ skill levels monthly, take corrective actions, and propose training for potential workers.
Prepare reconciliation reports for each order and quarterly worker assessment reports for individual and organizational development.
Perform any other tasks as assigned by management.
