Assistant Manager / Manager (Credit Realization)

• Age 25 to 40 years

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in Credit Realization/Collections, with at least 1 year in the Real Estate sector.
• Strong knowledge of installment collection processes, customer account management, and receivable recovery.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ERP/CRM software will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet collection targets within deadlines.

Role Overview: 

Aasceend Group is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional to join its Credit Realization Department. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in credit realization and collections within the real estate industry, with strong negotiation, customer relationship management, and recovery skills to ensure timely collection of outstanding payments and support the organization's financial objectives.

Responsibilities :

• Managed and supervised credit realization and collection activities for the real estate business to ensure timely recovery of outstanding receivables.

• Developed and implemented effective collection strategies while monitoring aging reports, collection plans, and management reports.

• Maintained regular communication with customers, resolved payment-related issues through negotiation, and ensured timely follow-up on overdue accounts.

• Collaborated with Sales, Finance, and Customer Service teams to streamline payment processes and improve collection efficiency.

• Ensured compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and internal credit management procedures.

• Led and motivated the Credit Realization team to achieve collection targets and performed additional responsibilities assigned by management.
