Candidates should have 5 to 7 years of relevant professional experience in a similar field. A strong command of computer applications, especially MS Office and ERP systems, is essential for this role.

A Bachelor’s (Honors) and/or Master’s degree in Accounting or a related discipline is required. Candidates who are partly qualified in CA/CMA or have completed CA (CC) will be given preference.
A well-established automobile company in Bangladesh is looking to appoint a competent professional for its Finance & Accounts department.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to support management decision-making. Generate and present detailed reports on sales performance and collections.
Perform regular reconciliation of customer accounts and bank statements to ensure accuracy and transparency in financial records. Work with SAP/ERP-based accounting systems to manage and record financial data efficiently.
Assist in budget preparation and monitor expenses to maintain effective cost control. Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to align financial reporting with business operations. Develop and implement cost standards and establish effective cost accounting practices.
Supervise inventory management processes and ensure proper tracking and valuation. Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation for reporting and audit purposes.
