Responsibilities & Context
The Assistant Manager for Marketing will be responsible for overseeing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive business growth. This role involves working on a variety of marketing initiatives, ranging from campaign management to PR, market research, and content creation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both creative and strategic marketing elements.
Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Assist in the development of customer-oriented marketing plans, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Strategize and implement both digital and offline promotional campaigns, including billboards, TVCs, and influencer partnerships.
- Execute year-round marketing campaigns and live shows, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Creative Content Development:
- Develop and execute compelling marketing copy for digital ads, social media, and website content.
- Craft engaging headlines, taglines, and persuasive content that aligns with the company’s brand voice.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on creative ideas for campaigns and ensure all content is consistent with brand guidelines.
Public Relations & Media Outreach:
- Write and distribute press releases to announce significant company events, product launches, and news.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers to secure media coverage.
- Analyze the impact of PR campaigns and prepare reports demonstrating ROI and effectiveness.
Quality Assurance & Collaboration:
- Oversee and ensure the quality of marketing creatives and copy before distribution.
- Collaborate cross-departmentally to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and projects.
- Proofread and edit all marketing content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
SEO & Audience Engagement:
- Incorporate SEO best practices into all digital content to enhance visibility and search rankings.
- Ensure marketing efforts contribute to acquiring and retaining customers.
