Responsibilities & Context

Lead Training & Development programs to strengthen employee skills and organizational learning.

Drive 5S, Lean Six Sigma, and operational excellence initiatives across the organization.

Develop and strengthen Employer Branding and Employee Experience initiatives.

Manage employee lifecycle activities, including talent attraction, engagement, retention, and exit processes.

Promote a positive organizational culture and encourage values-driven workplace behaviors.

Design and implement employee recognition, engagement, and wellbeing programs.
