Experimental Design & Testing:
Design and conduct experiments, trials, or prototypes.
Collect, analyze, and interpret experimental data related to performance, safety, and compliance.
Process Development:
Optimize production or manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality.
Collaborate with production teams to implement new processes or technologies.
Documentation & Reporting:
Prepare detailed technical reports, research papers, and progress summaries.
Maintain accurate records of all R&D activities, formulations, and test results.
Compliance & Quality Assurance:
Ensure all R&D activities comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and internal policies.
Work with QA/QC teams to meet product quality specifications and regulatory requirements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Coordinate with departments such as production, marketing, quality, and supply chain to align R&D efforts with business needs.
Support technology transfer from R&D to manufacturing.
Product Testing & Validation:
Conduct stability studies, shelf-life testing, and product validation as per regulatory or market requirements.
Recommend changes based on test results and feedback.
Continuous Improvement:
Monitor technological advancements in the field.
Suggest innovations or upgrades in existing product lines and R&D methodologies.
