Position Overview:
Basumati Construction Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager, Sales to support and drive business growth within the construction industry. The role focuses on executing effective sales strategies, leading teams, and expanding the company’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational goals
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and client acquisitions
Lead, manage, and mentor sales and marketing teams to improve performance and productivity
Conduct market research to monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and advertising initiatives
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and strategic partners
Manage client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
