  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Vehicle (GPS) tracking companies, Internet Service Providers (ISP), automobile industry, or accessories sales, particularly in dealer or distribution management

Responsibilities & Context

  • Drive business growth and achieve sales targets through effective management of the sales team.
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to expand the customer base and strengthen the company’s market presence.
  • Oversee recruitment, goal setting, coaching, and performance evaluation of sales team members.
  • Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing suitable solutions.
  • Prepare and present reports on sales performance, revenue, expenses, and realistic forecasts to management.
  • Analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and stay updated on competitors and product developments.
  • Manage and promote sales of vehicle tracking (GPS tracking) solutions.
  • Conduct regular area-based market visits, maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and channel partners, and generate sales from potential leads.
  • Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets through proper planning and execution.
  • Develop sales leads effectively and maximize market contribution to overall sales.
  • Prepare and maintain regular sales reports and ensure timely follow-up with both existing and potential clients.
  • Handle pre-sales activities, deliver sales presentations, negotiate contracts, convert prospects into customers, and coordinate with the customer service team for after-sales support.
  • Collect qualified leads from channel partners and maintain consistent follow-up to close sales.
