Additional Requirements

  • Age between 30 and 40 years.
  • Male candidates only.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Human Resources and Administration, preferably within a manufacturing or factory environment.
  • Sound knowledge of the Bangladesh Labour Act, Labour Rules, and factory compliance requirements.
  • Strong understanding of factory administration, facility management, and operational support functions.
  • Practical experience in recruitment, employee relations, attendance and leave management, payroll support, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Experience in liaising with government agencies, labour offices, local authorities, regulatory bodies, and external service providers will be considered an added advantage.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Support recruitment and selection activities, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and employee orientation.
  • Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR databases with proper documentation and confidentiality.
  • Monitor attendance, leave records, overtime, and workforce status to ensure accurate HR data management.
  • Assist in payroll administration by providing accurate attendance and employee-related information.
  • Support performance management, employee development, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Coordinate training programs, employee engagement activities, and staff welfare initiatives.
  • Address employee concerns and assist in handling disciplinary matters in compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Prepare HR-related reports, manpower analyses, and management information reports as required.

Administration

  • Assist in overseeing daily administrative operations to ensure smooth factory functioning.
  • Monitor utility services, including electricity, water, gas, generators, and other facility-related operations.
  • Supervise security, housekeeping, and workplace maintenance activities to maintain a safe and productive environment.
  • Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and cleanliness of factory premises, office spaces, and common facilities.
  • Manage canteen services, employee transportation, accommodation facilities (where applicable), and welfare programs.
  • Support the implementation of workplace safety standards and regulatory compliance initiatives.
  • Monitor and control administrative expenses related to utilities, security, transportation, housekeeping, and other operational services.
  • Liaise with government authorities, labor offices, service providers, suppliers, and other external stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely renewal and maintenance of statutory licenses, permits, and regulatory approvals, including Trade License, Factory License, Fire License, and Environmental Clearance.
  • Manage office supplies, company assets, logistics support, and vendor relationships.
  • Assist in organizing corporate events, meetings, training sessions, and official programs.
  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of HR and administrative policies, procedures, and operational plans.
  • Maintain confidential records, official correspondence, and administrative documentation.
  • Prepare periodic HR and administrative reports for management review and decision-making.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
