  • Experience focused on HR compliance, legal, or related areas (preferable BPO Companies or RMG Factory / Industries).
  • Basic understanding of HR reporting and analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and compliance practices.
  • Detailed knowledge about Bangladesh Labor Act and Rules, ICT laws, Company law, National and International trade laws.
  • Knowledge about ISO 9001:2015, ISO 27001:2015 Audit & CMMI Audit.
  • Legal drafting of national and international agreements, JVs, MoUs, NDAs, Consortiums, Legal opinions, etc.
  • Thorough understanding of technology, technical roles and technical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong task management and result driven executing skill.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and execute them when appropriate.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace (GWS) and related software.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Coordinate in regular HR departmental operational tasks, i.e., grievance, disciplinary issues, etc.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of company policies & Govt. rules according to labor law.
  • Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company's full legal rights.
  • Check all prepared documentations (e.g. Corporate Agreement, Rent Agreement, Deed of Agreement, Legal Undertaking, Corporate Guarantee, Tripartite Agreement, Employment Agreement etc.) and legal vetting of the same.
  • Ensure verting of various legal documents, national and international.
  • Coordinate with different legal and company affairs related authorities. Keep relations with employer, employees, auditor, government and nongovernment bodies.
  • Associating in legal drafting and vetting.
  • Facilitate audits by providing records and documentation to auditors. ISO 9001:2015, ISO 27001:2015, SOC2, CMMI etc.
  • Oversee employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
  • Assisting in circulars, File Note, Office Order, Letters, Minutes etc.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
  • Any other job assigned by the Management.
