Responsibilities & Context

ROLE CONTEXT

Ezzy Group is seeking a dynamic and growth-oriented professional for the role of Assistant Manager / Senior Executive (People & Culture). This position is ideal for individuals passionate about fostering a strong organizational culture, strengthening talent initiatives, and ensuring efficient HR and administrative operations.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Talent Acquisition

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment — from sourcing to onboarding

  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines

  • Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs

  • Ensure a smooth, positive, and professional candidate experience

Culture & Engagement

  • Plan and organize employee engagement programs and activities

  • Support culture development initiatives across the company

  • Maintain effective internal communication channels

Policy Management & Office Operations

  • Assist in drafting, updating, and implementing HR & Admin policies

  • Manage daily office operations for efficiency and compliance

  • Maintain HR documentation, compliance files, and report updates

  • Ensure seamless HR–Admin coordination across all departments

Employer Branding

  • Develop and execute employer branding content and strategies

  • Strengthen Ezzy Group’s brand presence across digital platforms, events, and networks

  • Support initiatives that position Ezzy as a top employer in the industry
