Additional Requirements
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Information Systems Audit, Information Security, IT Risk Management, or IT Operations.
Possession of relevant professional certifications such as CISA, CISM, CRISC, CISSP, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, CEH, or PCI DSS Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) will be highly preferred.
Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and complete assigned IT audit engagements within defined timelines.
Demonstrated commitment to maintaining the highest standards of ethics, confidentiality, and professional objectivity.

Prime Bank PLC, one of the leading private commercial banks in Bangladesh and a recipient of numerous local and international awards, is seeking qualified and experienced professionals for the position of Assistant Manager to Senior Manager within the IT Audit Unit, Internal Audit Division.
Location: Head Office, Dhaka
Job Grade: SO–FAVP
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Conduct Risk-Based Internal Audits (RBIA) covering IT systems, networks, databases, and information security controls to assess the adequacy, effectiveness, and compliance of IT controls with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Prepare clear, accurate, and well-structured draft audit reports, including practical and actionable recommendations.
Review and evaluate auditee responses to draft audit findings and engage in follow-up discussions with relevant teams as required.
Support Unit Heads in the timely issuance and communication of final audit reports to concerned auditees.
Assist the Chief Auditor and Unit Heads in identifying key audit risk areas, developing the annual audit plan, and delivering audits in alignment with approved plans to ensure comprehensive risk coverage.
Stay abreast of emerging cyber threats, technological advancements, and evolving regulatory and compliance requirements.
Coordinate and collaborate with external auditors and relevant stakeholders to support compliance and audit-related initiatives.
