Assistant Manager - Visa Sales & Marketing

Develop and execute strategies to achieve visa sales, revenue, profit, and customer acquisition targets.

Generate and convert leads through direct sales, telesales, referrals, B2B partnerships, social media, website, and market visits.

Sell visa services for UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Schengen, Japan, South Korea, China, Singapore, and other destinations.

Conduct client consultations and clearly explain visa services, fees, processing scope, and travel solutions.

Prepare quotations, manage follow-ups, objections, negotiations, and sales closures.

Build relationships with B2B agents, corporate clients, referral partners, and individual customers.

Develop new sales channels, reactivate old leads, and generate repeat/referral business.

Cross-sell air tickets, hotels, travel insurance, and holiday packages.

Maintain accurate sales pipeline, customer records, conversion data, and performance reports.

Monitor market trends, competitors, pricing, and sales opportunities.

Supervise and motivate the Visa Sales/Telesales Team when assigned.

Coordinate with Visa Processing/Operations for smooth customer handover and service delivery.

Ensure customers receive accurate information without unauthorized visa approval guarantees.
