Assistant Manager - Yarn Dyeing

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily yarn dyeing activities to meet production targets, maintain quality standards, and ensure timely delivery.

• Organize and manage dyeing processes based on approved recipes, required shades, and customer specifications.

• Ensure precise dye and chemical dosing, proper recipe preparation, and accurate color matching.

• Monitor and control key dyeing parameters, including temperature, pH, processing time, and machine settings.

• Coordinate with laboratory, production planning, quality control, maintenance, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth operations.

• Identify and resolve shade discrepancies, dyeing defects, and other production issues.

• Optimize the use of manpower, machinery, dyes, and chemicals while reducing material waste.

• Maintain accurate production records, operational reports, and process-related documentation.

• Ensure adherence to workplace safety procedures, environmental requirements, and company policies.

• Supervise, train, and motivate team members to enhance productivity, work quality, and operational efficiency.
