Responsibilities & Context

  • Plan and manage the hospital's HR operations.
  • Recruit and select clinical and non-clinical staff.
  • Prepare job descriptions and specifications for each position.
  • Organize training programs for both clinical and non-clinical staff.
  • Create recruitment advertisements for job postings.
  • Develop staff rosters for efficient hospital operations.
  • Provide career counseling and development support for staff.
  • Implement strategies to retain staff and improve employee satisfaction.
  • Ensure all documentation complies with hospital regulations and legal standards.
  • Liaise with the Labor Inspector for compliance matters.
  • Prepare documents in accordance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Communicate with ophthalmic institutions to source ophthalmologists, paramedics, and other specialists.
  • Post job vacancies on relevant platforms like BD Jobs.
  • Prepare recruitment justification reports for management.
  • Develop HR strategies as a Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP).
  • Monitor and manage staff attendance records.
  • Create fellowship and training programs for ophthalmology professionals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
