Responsibilities & Context

  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, reference checks, and issuing offer letters.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Ensure the effective management of the HR information system, payroll, final settlements for separated employees, attendance, and leave tracking. Actively work to minimize employee absenteeism.
  • Define and implement job responsibilities, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Performance Management Systems (PMS), and balanced scorecards for all positions. Manage the annual performance review process for employees.
  • Monitor compliance with various standards, including ISO 9001:2015, SEDEX, REACH, OEKO-TEX Standard, and GRS, ensuring factory operations align with these requirements.
  • Organize employee training programs based on Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures while identifying opportunities to improve HR and administrative processes for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with senior management and other departments to align HR and administrative functions with organizational goals.
