Actively reach out to potential clients through face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and online channels to introduce and discuss our services.
Present and promote Goldsands Group’s projects and offerings with confidence, customizing the pitch to align with each client’s interests and requirements.
Identify qualified leads, convert inquiries into confirmed bookings or sales, and manage the process through to successful closure.
Build and maintain strong post-sales relationships with clients through consistent follow-ups, updates, and customer service support.
Work collaboratively with internal teams such as Marketing, CRM, and Admin to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Aim to achieve set monthly and quarterly sales targets, taking responsibility for your own performance under the guidance of a supervisor.
Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, lead progress, and updates using the designated reporting tools or systems.
Keep informed about market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to refine and improve sales strategies.
