Responsibilities & Context

  • Raise requisitions and prepare order sheets according to projected plans.
  • Monitor the timely release of Production Tech Packs (PTP) and dispatch them to the relevant departments.
  • Conduct analysis and calculate product costs.
  • Follow up with Independent Producers (IP) and the Ayesha Abed Foundation (AAF) for pre-production samples.
  • Monitor the timely production of raw materials as per requirements.
  • Ensure the availability and production of designated products ahead of photoshoots.
  • Update all relevant files, time and action calendars, and weekly/monthly production reports as required
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of team members by protecting them from harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation, in line with the program's safeguarding goals.
  • Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise in safeguarding, helping to establish a safe and secure working environment.
  • Promote and advocate for safeguarding policies among team members, ensuring the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedures in case of any reportable incident and encourage others to do the same.
