Responsibilities & Context

  • Coordinate daily operational activities in sample development and production follow-up.
  • Ensure understanding and adherence to customer/buyer/client procedures for order execution, ensuring timely shipment.
  • Organize the procurement of all yarns, fabrics, and accessories required for production.
  • Manage the approval process for fit samples, PP samples, size sets, and fabric/garment testing.
  • Collaborate with the factory, quality control, logistics departments, and clients, buyers, suppliers, and vendors to ensure smooth production operations.
  • Liaise with the commercial team regarding shipping documents, fulfilling all formalities, and providing updates to buyers.
  • Follow up on bulk shipments, including shade bands, top samples, and QA lab samples.
  • Maintain relevant merchandising order files and reports to ensure efficient order processing.
  • Oversee the development of new orders.
  • Support the local procurement team in sourcing trims and accessories, ensuring they meet required standards.
  • Track the entire production flow in detail to ensure optimum capacity utilization.
  • Perform any special tasks or assignments as required by the company.
