Requirements

Education


  • Bachelor/Honors, Major in Social Science/ Mass Communications & Journalism/ English/ Development Studies/ Statistics/ Data Management or relevant fields.

Experience


  • 1 Year to 2 Year

Additional Requirements


  • 01 to 02 years relevant working experience. S/he should have extensive experience in monitoring, communication, reporting, Photography, and audio-visual material preparation in relation to patients’ data keeping & documentation.
  • S/he should possess excellent writing, editing, developing of case studies.
  • S/he must be well versed in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Bangla and English language typing.
  • S/he must be fluent in both spoken and written Bangla and English languages.
  • Good drafting, presentation, facilitation and note-taking skills.
  • Excellent Computer skills.
  • Must possess “Ready to Serve” attitude to the patients.
  • Willingness and ready to move for extensive travel to the field area.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Ensure timely capture, documentation, analysis, and reporting of field data, sharing information promptly with senior management.
  • Maintain effective communication, enhance visibility, and manage knowledge dissemination.
  • Monitor outreach activities in the field according to the monthly camp plan through site visits and remote follow-ups, gathering progress information for reporting to Community Services supervisors.
  • Assist program staff in organizing and managing field-based training sessions and workshops.
  • Provide relevant monitoring support to outreach teams and program staff.
  • Contribute to the development of Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) systems and share expertise in program monitoring.
  • Conduct regular field visits to support project staff and community stakeholders in implementing monitoring systems and tools effectively.
  • Facilitate program monitoring efforts and assist local teams in data utilization and findings analysis.
  • Collect case studies, including photos of patients and eye camps, along with patient data, for both internal and external reporting purposes.
  • Manage patient records and prepare detailed reports as required.
