Responsibilities & Context

  • Plan and execute workshops and awareness sessions for customers on BSRM products, both pre- and post-sale, as required.
  • Address and resolve all technical queries from customers regarding products.
  • Manage product-related issues and handle customer grievances efficiently.
  • Collaborate with key account customers, large-scale project stakeholders, and engineers to promptly resolve issues related to BSRM products.
  • Support product design and innovation by providing feedback from customers on existing and new products or services.
  • Deliver internal technical training sessions for the sales team on both existing and new products.
  • Foster strong relationships with external stakeholders, including prominent academicians from leading engineering universities.
  • Engage with consultants, architects, and design engineers to promote the use of BSRM products in structural designs.
  • Maintain and update a comprehensive database of consultants, developers, construction companies, and faculty members from civil and architectural university departments.
  • Drive the conversion of engineers and consultants from competitor products to BSRM products.
  • Assist in organizing workshops and seminars focused on BSRM products and services.
  • Gather information on new projects and potential clients through consultants and architectural firms.
  • Develop and maintain a database of infrastructure projects and monitor key government initiatives led by agencies such as RHD, PWD, BBA, NHA, EED, LGED, BR, WASA, PDB, and RAJUK.
  • Provide technical expertise in the creation of marketing materials, including brochures and leaflets.
  • Facilitate plant visits for consultants, engineers, customers, or contractors as needed.
