Responsibilities & Context

  • Develop and implement effective promotional strategies and materials for assigned products.
  • Prepare both short-term and long-term sales forecasts and marketing plans for assigned products.
  • Generate innovative ideas to enhance and refine promotional strategies and programs.
  • Contribute to new product development and suggest improvements to existing products when necessary.
  • Create and prepare comprehensive product and training manuals for the assigned products.
  • Monitor competitors' marketing and sales promotion strategies, and prepare detailed reports.
  • Track sales performance and recoveries against targets, devising strategies to achieve sales forecasts.
  • Assess market conditions, including supply and demand for assigned products, and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Maintain stock reports and manage L/C processes aligned with budget and sales projections.
  • Liaise with principals to gather information on product development and secure promotional support.
