  • Must have experience in Knit garments.
  • The incumbent should be dynamic and have a good personality.
  • Have working experience in a reputed factory with handle major buyers like Puma, M&S, H & M, Primark.
  • Should have strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Must have the ability to supervise and inspire the workers' team and staff.
  • Self-motivated and responsible.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Should be a team player having good interpersonal skills.
  • Should be proactive and result oriented.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Monitor and oversee all production processes to ensure smooth operations.
  • Track and evaluate hourly production targets throughout the day.
  • Report daily and cumulative production status to the production head based on orders and styles.
  • Immediately notify higher authorities if production targets are not met for any reason.
  • Prepare production plans for the lines, including workforce, machinery, and styles, and provide clear instructions to line supervisors.
  • Manage technical aspects and maintain proper production lines for knit garments.
  • Follow the production plan and achieve set targets by analyzing individual worker performance, identifying bottlenecks, and rebalancing lines as needed.
  • Analyze line performance in terms of work efficiency, man-to-machine ratio, and cost per piece, and develop plans for continuous improvement.
  • Review quality data and collaborate with team members for effective problem-solving and improvements.
  • Perform additional production-related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
