The Assistant Professor, Department of Business Studies (Marketing), is responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, contributing to academic research, and supporting the overall academic and administrative functions of the department.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Marketing and related areas in accordance with the approved curriculum.
Prepare course outlines, lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessment tools.
Evaluate students’ performance through examinations, assignments, presentations, and projects, and provide constructive feedback.
Engage in academic research, publish scholarly articles, and contribute to knowledge creation in the field of Marketing.
Supervise student projects, internships, and research work as assigned.
Participate in curriculum development, review, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain accurate academic records, grading systems, and student progress reports.
Advise and mentor students on academic and career-related matters.
Participate in departmental meetings, faculty development programs, seminars, workshops, and conferences.
Contribute to university administrative duties, committees, and quality assurance activities.
Collaborate with industry professionals to enhance practical learning and industry linkage.
