Responsibilities & Context

  • Provide efficient operational, secretarial, and administrative support to the Nurturing of Youth Volunteers in Camps (NYVC) project in the Rohingya Response.
  • Support the NYVC Project Manager and other project staff in day-to-day program operations.
  • Assist in programmatic support for PDQ (Program Development and Quality), ensuring alignment with overall project goals.
  • Provide project backstopping, ensuring smooth implementation of activities and troubleshooting any operational challenges.
  • Coordinate events management and support the organization of meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Collaborate with administrative departments such as Finance and Logistics to ensure project needs are met.
  • Assist with the preparation of project reports, ensuring timely submission and alignment with donor and internal reporting requirements.
  • Support in the preparation and distribution of program-related documents, including presentations and meeting minutes.
  • Contribute to the monitoring and evaluation of project activities by assisting with data collection and documentation.
