Responsibilities & Context
1. Responsible for Retention of "Members" on renewals.
2. Responsible for maintaining regular communications with the membersover the phone/visit to ensure revenue targets are met
3. Call/ visit to Develop & maintain good relationships with a portfolio member& generate Business for the company.
4. Expand Business from Existing Active Clients by continuously proposingcustomized business solutions
5. Acting as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, Resolveany issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
6. Collaborating to Maximize Revenue by up-selling or cross-selling differentproducts/solutions of Bikroy.com
7. Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for accountteams and stakeholders.
8. Prepare & update regular KPl reports of progress and forecasts to internaland external stakeholders using key account metrics.
9. Planning and presenting report/result with Vertical lead on accountprogress, goals, and quarterly initiatives
10. Ensure Monthly/ Quarterly KPl's (acquisition & revenue targets) are met asper the department's expectations.
11. Take Ownership of Companies Revenue Generating New Projects & EnsureMore growth for the Vertical
12. Coordinate the work with team members to bring about the best result thatensures the growth of the organization.
