Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a reputable bank.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Communicate regularly with existing clients and anchor bases to ensure business retention, service improvement, and portfolio growth based on feedback and post-service analysis.
Identify and develop relationships with new anchors while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones to expand the asset portfolio and support sustainable growth.
Build positive and proactive relationships with suppliers and anchors to drive Supply Chain Finance (SCF) business and achieve business targets.
Address and resolve client and anchor issues, including un-allocations, recourse matters, pending invoice queries, or any disputes related to invoice payments.
Coordinate the onboarding of new corporate anchors, assessing risk factors and ensuring proper documentation.
Maintain anchor grading data to identify business opportunities and potential risk issues.
Verify invoices and work orders to facilitate timely disbursements.
Provide early alerts on potential non-performing loans (NPLs) within the SCF portfolio.
