Achieve assigned area sales targets by strictly adhering to the company’s Cash Sales Policy.
Lead and motivate the Area Sales & Marketing team to meet business objectives while ensuring timely recovery of receivables.
Develop and expand a robust distribution network by appointing dealers to strengthen the supply chain and ensure product availability and proper merchandising at dealer points.
Implement the company’s Buy-Back Program and maintain effective communication with customers, linking them with authorized dealers and retailers.
Plan and execute promotional activities, and regularly monitor, visit, and engage key influencers and lead farmers across assigned territories.
Build and maintain strong relationships with DAE and other agricultural organizations/institutions to promote AgroSAL products.
