  • IT Policies and Standards: Develop and enforce policies related to the acceptable use of university IT resources.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure systems comply with legal standards and regulations, such as data privacy laws and educational regulations.
  • Audit and Documentation: Maintain documentation of IT infrastructure, system configurations, and policies for audits and future reference.
  • Academic Support: Provide IT support for classrooms, labs, and lecture halls, managing multimedia, projectors, and computer labs.
