Responsibilities & Context

  • Identify and onboard new partners and agent outlet entrepreneurs.
  • Oversee infrastructure setup, branding, and inauguration of new outlets.
  • Monitor agent banking activities and ensure area sales targets are met.
  • Ensure proper product distribution, customer service, and query resolution at outlets.
  • Guide outlets on compliance, operational risk, AML, and CFT standards.
  • Achieve targets for CASA, schemes, and FDR accounts.
  • Lead the area team to achieve business goals and priorities.
  • Provide management with insights for forecasting and strategy development.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for effective planning and decision-making.
  • Submit daily reports to the Regional Manager.
