🚀 About the Role:

We’re building a next-generation EdTech platform designed to empower learners globally, especially in developing nations. As we grow, we’re seeking a visionary Associate Dean who will bridge academic quality with business strategy.

This is not just an administrative role — it’s a leadership position for someone who can build an ecosystem of global lecturers, manage operations, and craft scalable education and partnership models.

 

🧩 Your Core Responsibilities:

✅ Lecturer Onboarding & Training

– Recruit, vet, and onboard expert trainers and lecturers across various fields

– Provide guidance to help them build high-quality virtual courses

 

✅ Academic & Class Management

– Oversee the planning and scheduling of online classes and programs

– Ensure content quality, class consistency, and learner satisfaction

 

✅ Business Development & Strategy

– Plan and execute strategies for corporate training, school partnerships, scholarships, and government collaborations

– Craft special offers, partnership models, and education packages that drive enrollment and brand value

 

✅ Platform Growth & Ecosystem Building

– Work with the tech, marketing, and support teams to align platform development with academic and business needs

– Create feedback loops to continuously improve course delivery and trainer performance
